Then one day, after participating in an actual abortion for the first time, she quit her job and joined the Coalition of Life, right down the street from her former clinic. Her story was told in her 2011 memoir, Unplanned: The Dramatic True Story of a Former Planned Parenthood Leader’s Eye-Opening Journey across the Life Line, soon to become a feature film.
