Homelessness Hits All Time High in the City

According to the City, there is an increase of homeless men and women on the streets. The outdoor number is combined with an a record high number of children and adults now sleeping in shelters. Katie Engesser speaks with one Brooklyn nun who has dedicated over 20 years to working with the homeless, as she tries to figure out the answers to the increase.
