Brooklyn Students Prepare for Annual Christmas Tree Lighting

Elementary school students at Good Shepherd Catholic Academy, Marine Park, are preparing for the church’s Christmas tree lighting. The annual event is made possible, in part, by Maimonides Medical Center. For over 20 years, the Brooklyn hospital gives monetary donations to churches to help cover the costs of holiday decorations and lighting them.
