Students, Teachers, Parents Rally for Tax Credit

Students, teachers and parents rallied outside the office of New York State Assemblywoman Catherine Nolan, the chair of the Assembly Committee on Education.  The rally is one of many aimed at get Nolan and other members of the Assembly to support the Education Tax Credit.  Currents correspondent Michelle Powers is there with more.
