Fund Assists Brooklyn-Queens Senior Priests
Currents correspondent Konrad Aderer speaks with Thomas Lawler, the founder of the Kathie and Christopher Fund* that benefits the senior priests of the Diocese of Brooklyn. The fund is named for Mr. Lawler’s late wife and son, who were both killed when American Airlines Flight 587 crashed in to the Lawler’s Belle Harbor home on November 12, 2001.
*A fundraiser is being held on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 6 pm at the Immaculate Conception Center in Douglaston, Queens. For more information, call 718-839-5413.
