A bill to encourage more speed cameras near schools heads to the NY State legislature. At Our Lady of Guadalupe, which shares a street with a public school, support for the bill is strong. But on this block, traffic safety has been excellent without cameras. Currents correspondent Konrad Aderer finds out why.
