In the second of two special reports, Currents Correspondent Katie Breidenbach examines the impunity and corruption that plague Ciudad Juarez, a Mexico border town once known as the murder capital of the world. Family members of victims speak out, some for the first time. They want justice, but have little hope due to widespread government corruption. Some of these family members were present during Pope Francis’ February Mass in the city.
