Ciudad Juarez is one of six locations visited by Pope Francis during his first visit to Mexico as pontiff. The city is greatly in need of hope, as Currents Correspondent Katie Breidenbach explains in the first of two special reports. Nightmarish memories still plague the residents of this city, once known as the murder capital of the world. So many were killed that activists adopted a slogan: “Ni Una Mas,” “Not One More.”
