U.S. Catholic China Bureau Director Promotes Upcoming Conference

Among the Holy Father’s biggest worries is the persecution of Christians because they believe in God. The threat is particularly acute in communist China. To better reveal conditions facing the Church there, the U.S. Catholic China Bureau is planning a major national conference at St. John’s University. The executive director of the group is appearing on In The Arena, hosted by Monsignor Kieran Harrington, the Brooklyn diocese’s vicar for communications. Tim Harfmann has more.
