The Enrichment Program Coordinator instructor, Simona Rodano, teaches Italian to the kids at Immaculate Conception Catholic Academy in Astoria Queens. But during Christmas time she turns into the “Italian Fairy” and dresses up to teach the kids how to keep Christ in Christmas while learning to sing Christmas carols in Italian.
