Romero Movie a “Religious Work of Art”

The film “Romero” (1989) tells the story of slain Salvadoran Archbishop Oscar Romero, whose martyrdom was officially recognized by Pope Francis earlier this year.  The Holy Father also says that Archbishop Romero will be beatified this year.  Currents correspondent Michelle Powers talked with Father Robert Lauder, a Saint John’s University philosophy professor and a contributor to NET’s movie review show “Reel Faith” about the film “Romero.”
