“Romero” Inspires Priests

This Tuesday is the 100th anniversary of Blessed Oscar Romero’s birth. The late Archbishop of San Salvador is a martyr for the faith, murdered at the altar during Mass. The military junta that ruled El Salvador in 1980 targeted him for assassination after he criticized their human rights abuses. As our Michelle Powers now reports, his heroic life is an inspiration for priests today.
