New York City residents have some of the highest utility bills in the country and a new plan proposed by Governor Andrew Cuomo could make them even higher. In response, The New York Public Interest Research Group has started a campaign to stop the so called “Cuomo Tax”. Katie Engesser was with them as they handed out flyers to fellow New Yorkers and filed this report.
