Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, prepares for the visit of Pope Francis – putting up barricades and assembling volunteers. The city plans to make a 25-mile human chain to protect the Pope on his motorcade route, and accommodate tens of thousands of pilgrims at the Pope’s final Mass.
