Four transitional deacons were ordained this weekend, leaving their past lives as a chef, a mechanical engineer, an entrepreneur and a sign language interpreter, all to become priests.
The four men took their first steps as ordained spiritual fathers and were welcomed with open arms by parishioners of the Diocese of Brooklyn on Saturday June 2 at the Co-Cathedral of St. Joseph.
