Food, Games and History: Brooklyn Celebrates Bastille Day

The streets of Carroll Gardens are shut down as French New Yorkers celebrate their independence with food, music, and games. Currents Correspondent Katie Breidenbach reports as St. Agnes Church, the only Brooklyn parish to celebrate a French-language Mass, joins in. The priest in charge of that Mass, Fr. Paul Anel, hopes that Catholicism will bring hope to the country that is living in the shadow of terrorism.
