Pope Francis has appointed Father Emery Kibal, a Passionist Priest who has been living in Jamaica, Queens, as the new Bishop of Kole in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Bishop-Elect Kibal, who is a native of the Democratic Republic of Congo, spoke about his future ministry as a bishop with Currents correspondent Konrad Aderer
