The Bishop of Brooklyn, Nicholas DiMarzio, presented Pope Francis with an exciting new plan at the Vatican this morning. The proposal accomplishes a lot– including religious dialogue, caring for the environment, and helping the poor. Melissa Butz reports from Saint Peter’s Square.
