Brooklyn businesses provide a huge birthday extravaganza for kids staying in CAMBA Flagstone Family Center, a shelter for about 150 families with over 400 children. “Operation Birthday Party” was started by Dyker Heights cake maker Maria Nitti, who has held monthly birthday celebrations at the shelter for a full year.
