Dorothy Day Granddaughter Writes Intimate Book on Possible Saint

Kate Hennessy, Dorothy Day’s youngest granddaughter, has written The World Will Be Saved by Beauty, a book telling an intimate story of the founder of the Catholic Worker movement. Our Konrad Aderer brings us to the book launch at the Sheen Center in the East Village, and asks Ms. Hennessy how her grief at her own mother’s passing led her to delve into the depths of mother-daughter relationships in her family.
