It’s an ongoing war- civilians being shot by police and cops being attacked for their uniforms. In an effort to better record the number of casualties, the FBI is creating a database to track the number of times police use deadly force. They hope is to correct a record keeping gap that leads to uninformed conversations. Katie Engesser talks to New Yorkers on what they hope the numbers will achieve.
